With the temperature getting warmer each day, you might find yourself wanting to change jeans and bulky coats for something a little lighter and looser. Midi skirts are great for adding a spring to your step. They're the perfect seasonal number: long enough to still offer you some protection from the cold but a far cry from winter wear.
This pop art skirt comes in a range of different designs, great for adding some colour to your closet.
Funky Swimwear
Who knows if we're going to be able to make it to the beach this year, but that doesn't mean you have to give up your swimsuits. You can relax in your garden, or balcony, on a warm day. Choose a one-piece if you're looking for something modest, or if you want to flash some flesh, this floral bikini could be just what you need.
Don't forget colour either, with spring in full bloom, you want to be thinking about adding more brights to your outfit choices.
A cute floral dress
We all know the classic quote: 'Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking'. But, It really is a classic print associated with the Easter period, that keeps on coming back around. Chose something with a floral leaf print, if you want to be able to transition the piece into summer. But, yep, florals are a great staple piece to add to your closet, as they never seem to go out of style. This kind of style is ideal for a large size loose dress with its floaty nature.
Shorts
Bermuda shorts are in at the moment, but if that's really not your thing and you want to stick to something a bit more traditional, then opt for a pair of classic denim shorts. With summer on the way, shorts are a great addition to your wardrobe. They allow you to keep things cool, both literally and aesthetically.
Crochet Dresses
Crochet is one of Spring 2020's main fashion trends, you'll be seeing a lot of it if you're doing online shopping. If you really can't part with your darker colours, then this could be the trend for you. The style, and the pattern, lends itself to warmer days so you can get away with those darker colours more. It also has a festival, boho kind of look to it. They also work well as plus size casual dresses.
The Classic Bodycon
If you want to add some party wear to your closet, the bodycon might be what you're looking for as they make great formal dresses. It's been pretty popular over the last few years. It's also a versatile style, you can pop a skirt over the top to change it up into a daytime look.
