This is a super easy look to create. The dress is actually a large men's shirt. I've simply pushed the sleeves up my arms, to create an 80's puffball effect. Then I added a belt around my waist, to give it some shape. You can add a few accessories to made it feel a little glam... and done, as easy as that.
